PERRY, EVERETT L.

(1911-) From 1945 until retirement in 1977, Perry served in various capacities on the staff of the United Presbyterian Church, U.S.A., including coordinating research and survey efforts of the Board of National Missions. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago with Samuel Kincheloe and served on project staffs with H. Paul Douglass.

The author of numerous survey and planning reports, book chapters, and journal articles, Perry has more than 80 reports included in the H. Paul Douglass collection. He is a founding member of the Religious Research Association and has served the association in many capacities.
